Tasks4Teens LLC ("we", "us", or "Tasks4Teens") operates the Tasks4Teens Neighbors and Tasks4Teens Workers mobile applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and location. For payment processing, we collect payment information through Stripe. For workers under 18, we collect parent or guardian consent and identity verification information.
We use your information to connect neighbors with workers for local tasks, process payments securely through Stripe, verify identities and ages, send SMS verification codes through Twilio, and provide customer support.
We use the following third-party services: Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payment processing and identity verification, and Twilio for phone verification. Each service has its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with our service providers as necessary to operate the platform.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@tasks4teens.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
Workers between 14 and 17 years old may use the platform with verified parent or guardian consent. We take special care to protect the privacy of minor users.
